[amsat-bb] Need a UHF radio

Folks,
I'd appreciate any ideas on where to get a surplus UHF radio that covers 
about 240 - 340 MHz.  Needs to be FM and SSB, about 40 watts or so.  We are 
working up some experiments at the Air Force Academy that require those 
frequencies.  Current production military gear is pretty much impossible to 
get for this kind of project.
