[amsat-bb] Phase 3d?

Hey all-

Please excuse my ignorance, but can someone pls tell me what is happening
with P3D....?
When will it be launched/activated etc....? Also, does anyone know of
anywhere that sells
decent 2.4Ghz and 10Ghz transverters for use with a 2m all-mode...?
