[amsat-bb] Fw: "Get Ready for Phase 3D!" Articles

After the multitude of responses I received regarding the P3D articles I
referenced that QST published in 1997, I requested permission from them to
scan the articles and place them as links on my webpage.  QST responded
today with the following message:
