[amsat-bb] CVITK for InstantTrack, new version (E2)

New version available for the program CVITK, till the new InstantTrack come.


- Can convert several files in one "AMSAT.ITK"

- Limitation of the satellite name to 14 characters (display defect)

- Can convert orbital elements with epoch in "00001.2345...",
   " 0  1.2345..." and "    1.2345..."


The name of the file is "CVITK_E2.ZIP".
