[amsat-bb] Stensat over Melbourne 12/2

Hello All.

I have a look for Stensat during the 0747 UTC pass on Sat Feb 12.  I attempted
to listen only, listen while transmitting a carrier and listening while
transmitting a continuous DTMF tone on the input.

Nothing heard on the downlink at all.
