[amsat-bb] Opal data

For those of you interested, Opal telemetry and contact logs
can be found at:

For those of you doing analysis, the time stamps on the plots
are more than likely incorrect.  This is due to a bug in our
decoding scripts.  They are being refined continually.  Also,
the high order date information is incorrect.  It says day
3 but should actually be day ( 3 + 12 ) so 15.  We'll have
this corrected soon on future data.  Please use the data sets
rather than the plotted data for detailed analysis.
