[amsat-bb] STENSAT nothing Feb 7 (correction)

Today 08:40-08:45z 7 Feb, I could get nothing
at all any packets of StenSat and Artemis below.
But I heard a few 'Beep' from Artemis or OPAL
at 437.100MHz.

    StenSat : packet and Morse code ID
              436.625MHz 1200 baud AX.25 AFSK

    Artemis : packet and Morse code ID
              437.100MHz 1200 baud AX.25 AFSK
