[amsat-bb] Search AO-27 users

Hello to all,

Many european stations try to have transatlantic contacts
on AO-27. These qso may be realized with north-east of USA and
east of CANADA at about 12:00 UTC.

The frequencies are:
downlink: 436,795 MHz FM     uplink: 145,850 MHz FM

A possible contact will be on feb 12 at 12:05 UTC with CANADA.
