The launch of StenSat has been delayed until Stanford resolves link 
reliability issues with OPAL. The earliest release opportunity is probably 
this weekend.

During the 7:45pm EST pass of OPAL over Washington DC, I copied the 
telemetry below showing that a connection to OPAL was in progress !!!
