[amsat-bb] OPAL keps

Hello,

For those of you tracking Opal, you may have noticed a switch
in the IDs of the Jawsat group of satellites.  We believe they
are still misnamed.  

As of 4AM PST, we used the following keps and tracked well:

2 26062 100.2268 230.0278 0037815 174.5314 188.5455 14.34191568   770
