[amsat-bb] GrafTrak Manual

Thanks to the super effort by Andy MacAllister, W5ACM, the original
GrafTrak and Silicon Ephemeris user's manual is now available free
at http://www.rcallen.com along with the Y2K validated versions of
the programs.  Anyone may freely use and distribute these programs
and manual.
