[amsat-bb] OPAL etc.

The following satellites were launched at 03:03UTC, Jan 27, 2000.

I looked   http://ssdl.stanford.edu/opal/
and I knew that OPAL was 'Orbiting Picosatellite Automated Launcher'.

I confirmed at present only OPAL beacon in these sat.
