[amsat-bb] Jawsat Launch Successful!

Launch of Jawsat et.al. went at 1908 Pacific Standard time aboard a combo
Minuteman II and Pegasus with good telemetry so far. Weather permitted
view from beginning to burnout. Congrats to all who are working the
