[amsat-bb] 2.4 Ghz signal in the sky ?

Is there any satellite that always transmits a 2.4Ghz beacon or similar
using RHCP as Phase 3D will do ?  Simulations, emulations are no good to me.

I want to try very small Phase 3D antennas right now !  0.35dB noise figure
?  no problem !
