[amsat-bb] Quiktrak 5.0 is done but . . . .

Hello Quiktrak users:

I need someone who uses KCT tracker and tuner, not just
tracker, who is willing to beat up the table loading function
and to make sure that still works.

We should be all done with the testing in a week and then
off to distro.
