[amsat-bb] LO-19 status on 21 Jan.

I confirmed today, Jan 21, the satellite LO-19 kept correct
inner TIME of GMT.  And I noticed that the sat. transmitted
PSK telemetry and clock data each 15 seconds at 437.125MHz.
