[amsat-bb] JAWSAT Launch Correction

I guess I should not be in such a hurry.  They did do a launch abort but
they still might be able to launch this evening. At least an hour delay
so earliest launch is now about 8:40 PM, PST, at the earliest. My
messages here are being delayed by the server by at least 20 minutes,
and counting.
