[amsat-bb] RealTrak and Nova/DOS updates

Dear friends,

A couple of Y2K problems in RealTrak and Nova/DOS have been reported. 
They have included difficulty in reading post-2000 Keplerian elements in
RT and in the logging function in Nova/DOS.  The bugs have been fixed
and new copies have been posted to our web site at
http://www.nlsa.com/update.html#DOS

Nova for Windows is completely Y2K compliant already.
