[amsat-bb] [KO-23 Status] from control station

Happy new millenium!
 
Since its transmitter power shutdown, 
we have been struggling to recover KO-23.
It took nearly two months.
The reason of such a late recovery 
was due to the groundstation facilities problems.
Antenna cable had bad joint, transciever was out
of order.... All of sudden, all the equipments
got mysterious.
Now, we fixed all up and turned on Tx-0 again.
It works fine and still the power budget looks ok.
Hope we could run the bird for this new millenium.
