Hi Guys,

Everyone be sure to keep the last set of keps with epoch dates from 1999. 
There may be a problem with some programs accepting updates from new keps
with epoch dates in 2000.

Take a look at the last set of keps that were published which has NOAA-11
with an epoch date of 00009.  WiSP32 did not pick up this update.  I have
asked Chris for a possible work around.  Meanwhile check out your programs
before you throw away the 1999 keps.
