[amsat-bb] UO-22 Y2K

Having just checked the passes with fresh brand new keps, it
appears that UO-22 will indeed be in the sky here at 0000 UTC
1 January 2000.

In Toronto AOS will be at 2356 UTC, with LOS at 0010 UTC.
Needless to say, I'll be watching...who need a life anyway? :-)
