Bruce,

I would agree with you if this came from ANS. However, I could be
missing something. How can I receive AMSAT-BB on packet? AMSAT-BB
is not intended for packet retransmission.

This is more satellite-related than many postings I've seen.
Please enlighten me. What point am I missing here?

i think it is in very poor taste for a manufacturer to solicit sales over a 
bulletin board system that is retransmited over amateur radio (ie, packet 
and satellite store/forward systems).
