[amsat-bb] 1st CMOS part in space

Gentlemen,

the first ever CMOS 40xx series gate was flown on an AMSAT OSCAR satellite
in space.  I remember that this fact was even mentioned in a data book
from the manufactor.

Does anyone have a reference, which databook and when it was?
