[amsat-bb] "magnetic up"

There may not be a "magnetic up" (unless you dig a very deep hole!), but 
there is a "magnetic down", and it is called "dip".....Compasses with a 
horizontal pivot measure it, and it is plotted on a "dip circle".

I'm sure that is more than anyone would ever want to know about "magnetic up"!
