[amsat-bb] help with ham221

hi I having trouble getting ham 221 to run.  I am using win 98 and when I 
try to run ham 221 I get a lock up. when I try to run ham 220 I get the 
Text screen then the final screen but the system lock up.  even the ctrl 
alt del will not get me out.
