[amsat-bb] SatTrak Y2K Updates

To owners of SatTrak III and SatTrak IV Track/Tuning Boxes:

Graham, VK5AGR, has prepared new firmware which adds Y2K compliance
plus other improvements.

The binary files for programming 27C512 eproms can be found at:
   www.amsat.org
     ftp.amsat.org
       software\sattrak\st3_y2k.zip and \st4_y2k.zip

The file names depending on your display and radios for SatTrak III are:
   s32444ik.bin, s34444ik.bin, s32444yi.bin and s34444yi.bin

The file names depending on radios for SatTrak IV are:
   st4312ik.bin and st4312yi.bin.

The zip files include documentation updates.
