[amsat-bb] Ariane 504 Launch

According to Florida Today Space Online

and Arianespace, the launch of the Ariane 504 was a complete success.  The
XMM telescope satellite was said to have reached the desired highly
elliptical orbit, to have separated properly, and to be functioning
nominally.  A video of the launch can be seen at:

Congratulations to ArianeSpace.  This has to bode well for P3D.
