[amsat-bb] RS12/13

I was listening for RS13 last night and therefore a question. All the
information I look at says SSB, but does not state USB or LSB. Is RS13
designed to use either? I would guess that USB would be the norm, but I hate
to guess.

PS - I heard nothing.
