[amsat-bb] Minotaur launch delayed

Hi Everyone,
I guess we won't have new satellites just in time for Xmas.
Yesterday we were notified by the Air-Force that due to technical
difficulties, launch is delayed to January 22. 
We will keep the list notified of any new announcements.
