[amsat-bb] 2.4 GHZ Indoor reception...

         I have received Dove on 2.4 GHZ many times
while holding the Bob meyers dish in my hand with
converter mounted to it. This while standing in the
radio shack of a single story house and it has been 
raining on a few of these occasions. It can be done.

With the signal we are likely to get from P3D, should
make it more so.
