[amsat-bb] RS-13 Telemetry

Hi All,
I have been using UA9OSV 's excellent CwGet Software http://ua9osv.da.ru
to decode the CW telemetry beacon on RS-13.(29.457)
Does anyone have details on how to convert the data into meaningfull units
??.Is the format published anywhere on the net so that I can convert this
data.

Here is a small sample of what I got today at 22:00 UTC
