[amsat-bb] TO-31 problems, help/advice please, WISP

Hi Folks

As far as I am aware I using the latest version of WISP.

I am trying, in vain, to download files from TO-31 but each and every file I
attempt to download comes up with a E error.

Would appreciate advice from those using WISP who obviously are downloading
okay.
