True. Bell 1200 (packet) standard uses 1200/2200 Hz tones, this ain't too
far away from UO-11 tones. I'm not sure how frequency-critical it is to use
software to decode but "ordinary" packet demodulators *have* been successful
in demodulating UO-11.
