[amsat-bb] XE on RS-13

There must have been a television blackout all over northern Mexico tonight.  
On the 0315 pass of RS-13, the following stations were heard & worked:

XE2ARF, Fernando
XE2BSS, Alex
XE2EKY, Hector
XE1PEP, Hector

All were 57 or better.
