[amsat-bb] FO-29 New Operation Sked (- Nov.30)

Hi, all

The FO-29 command station of JARL had announced the status and
the new operation sked as follows;

Status
On Oct.29th(Fri), loading the data into the on-board computer
had been completed, the bird was switched in the digitalker mode again.
