Amsat-UK 2m net regular Robert G8ATE reported working 
2M0APC  on FO-20.

2M0APC is a Novice call  using restricted power.

Members of the net are all active users of the analogue satellites.
All agreed that this was the first  novice call heard or worked on the
birds.
