RS-16 Zeya may be deleted from the TLE list - it never was able to be 
activated for normal ham operation - and early on Oct 25 it ended its 
life in a blaze of glory as it reentered the atmosphere and was destroyed.

MuSat is currently predicted to meet the same fate on or about Dec 4 -
its orbit continues to decay - anyone hear this little beeper recently?
