[amsat-bb] FO-29 stays in mode JA because of memory error

Hi all,

FO-29 command station of JARL had announced concerning to
the operation sked of the bird as follows;

FO-29 will stay in the mode JA for a while until the resetting and loading
software into the on board computer for digitalker operation complete
because of the memory error waa detected since Oct.8, although
the digitalker operation had been scheduled on Oct.22,
