Thanks to Eric W3DQ for the Decay Alert..

It seems that ZEYA aka RS-16 has re-entered the earth atmosphere
on Monday morning.  
ZEYA (RS-16) was the first launch from the new russian "Svobodny"
cosmodrome in 1997.
