BPSK means bi-phase-shift-keying. Its a subset of Phase-Shift-Keying..
These satellites have been in orbit for about 10 years and are thoroughly
docummented in the AMSAT and Amateur Radio literature. THey require an
all-mode (SSB) receiver and PSK demodulator. There should be many
places to look for help..
