Re: Gnd.stn. in a LAN ?!

Steve Bible (n7hpr@amsat.org) did some work when he was at the Naval 
Postgraduate school in Monterey to provide a web browser interface for reading 
messages downloaded from the digital satellites.  His paper is on their web site 
at http://www.sp.nps.navy.mil/papers/papers.html.
