[amsat-bb] 8J1RL on AO-10

    Kimio 8J1RL continues to be very active on AO-10 while he is also 
making QRV on EME. 
    According to his latest report he has made his first contact for SA
with PY2WW on October 11.
　 8J1RL will be looking for more contact from NA/SA.
  　Please watch for him on windows of coming few days.
