[amsat-bb] Microwave Email Reflectors & Web Pages

I was amazed at the interest in operating on the Amateur microwave bands at
the AMSAT symposium in San Diego.  During my presentation, I did mention a
few microwave email reflectors which I did not included in the proceedings.
