[amsat-bb] SO-33 status Oct.7

I wrote a tiny program  'sedtime.zip' for SEDSAT
to calculate a reset_time from uptime data in SGS20.
This program put in my HomePage(English version) below.
The following were some data from Oct.4 to Oct.7.

  10/4   07:43:51UTC Reset
  10/6   07:55:59UTC Observed (Uptime 2d00h12m08s)
  10/7   07:25:56UTC Observed (Uptime 2d23h42m08s ?)
