[amsat-bb] IO-26 status Oct.1

ITAMSAT(IO-26) digital signals was listened every 30 seconds.
The following were the nominal data converted to ASCII from KISS
by KISS2ASC.EXE with WiSP program. I put these raw KISS data in
my HomePage(English version) below.
