[amsat-bb] 8J1RL on AO-10

    According to the latest information from Kimio 8J1RL in Antarctica, he 
will be converting satellite fascility for EME use, and may not be making 
QRV on every AO-10's orbit in October.  He will, however, QRV on scheduled
basis.
