Yes, KO-23 is up and just recovered BBS only.
No attitude control.
>From time to time discharge occurs even during
sunlight period due to satellite attitude losing
norminal orientation toward sun.
So far, it has been running without shutdown
with the minimum power consumption
configuration.
Uplink is open and free to use but,
can not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
We will try attitude control during next non-eclipse
period and until then we hope the satellite
could survive without any power failure.
