In addition to the APRS mobile position reporting experiments being
conducted on AO16/LO19, There is a satellite in orbit that is transmitting
its GPS coordinates in real time. I recevied this report from KB0VBZ:

Also of interest is POSAT. If you can recieve it. It shows its lat & long
in a <UI> frame...

My notes show POSAT is just outside the amateur band on 4XX MHZ using
normal 9600 baud packets... Anyone have the exact frequency?
