RE: [aprssig] RE: AO16/LO19 Uplink w ANY PC!

Hmmmm, OK where I'm not clear is what to expect on the RX side. Not
familiar with PSK, would have to study the AX.25 protocol stuff as well.
Where could I find the technical details for PSK?? The AX.25 stuff is
easy to find....
