Hi Guys, Gals.

How about using an old but serviceable sailboard mast ?

The one I scrounged from my local sailboard shop has been in use for a
couple
of years now with no problem at all.

It doesn't matter about the taper at the top end, just put the lighter 70cms
beam that
end :-)
